- Sear Pancetta until crispy brown and leave in pan
- Boil water and cook the spaghetti - Leave Al Dente
- Place spaghetti in pan with pancetta (do not drain the water)
- Add CasBeRi's Pistachio Pesto
- Add some of the water used to cook the spaghetti in the pan with the spaghetti, the pistachio pesto and pancetta until pasta is creamy
